AUT 111
SCADA & HMI Development using Siemens TIA Portal (WinCC) (Configuration, Operation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance)
This intensive five-day course provides participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills required to design, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain SCADA/HMI systems using Siemens TIA Portal – WinCC (Basic/Comfort/Advanced/Professional, depending on deployment). The program covers project engineering, screen design, tag management, alarms, trends, recipes, communication setup, user security, diagnostics, and real-world fault handling. Practical sessions simulate industrial SCADA environments to ensure participants gain confidence in developing and supporting plant-level HMI/SCADA systems.
Duration: 5 days
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of PLCs (preferably Siemens S7 1200 & 15000), Basic computer & networking skills and Industrial automation/controls background (recommended)
