This two (2) days professional training program equips participants with the knowledge required to identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and investigate incidents effectively.The course focuses on structured risk assessment methods, incident investigation principles, root cause analysis tools, reporting standards, and corrective action planning to improve workplace HSE performance.

Module 3 Incident Investigation Principles & Evidence Collection

Purpose and importance of incident investigation
Types of incidents and near misses
Immediate and underlying causes

Module 4 Root Cause Analysis & Incident Reporting

Root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault Tree – introductory)
Identifying system and process failures

Module 5 Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement
