Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

This practical five-day training program is designed to develop the skills required to plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities effectively in industrial and manufacturing environments.The course focuses on transforming maintenance from a reactive function into a planned, controlled, and cost-effective operation. Participants will learn how to manage work orders, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize manpower and spare parts, and use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance performance.
