Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

This intensive five-day practical-oriented training program is designed to equip engineers, supervisors, and operations professionals with the knowledge and tools required to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement in industrial and manufacturing environments.The course focuses on eliminating waste, improving flow, increasing productivity, and optimizing value streams through structured Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Visual Management. Participants will learn how to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement initiatives, and sustain Lean gains at shop-floor and process levels.
