This five-day practical training program equips engineers, supervisors, and operational personnel with the knowledge and skills required to implement and manage industrial safety, health, and environmental (HSE) systems in industrial and manufacturing settings.The course focuses on identifying hazards, assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a safety-first culture. Participants will learn to integrate HSE principles into daily operations, conduct audits, manage incidents, and apply proactive strategies to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental harm.

Module 2 Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment

Types of workplace hazards:
Physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and operational
Risk assessment principles and methodologies
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard & Operability Studies (HAZOP)
Control hierarchy: elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE
Near-miss reporting and proactive hazard identification

Module 3 Safety Systems, Procedures & Emergency Preparedness

Safety systems and protective devices: alarms, interlocks, fire suppression
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and energy isolation
Confined space and permit-to-work systems
Personal protective equipment (PPE) selection and usage
Emergency response planning: evacuation, fire, chemical spills
Accident investigation basics

Module 4 Regulatory Compliance & Auditing
