The training adopts a practical, project-based approach, ensuring that learners can confidently apply their knowledge in real industrial environments.In addition, the programme emphasizes safety compliance and technical documentation skills, which are essential for effective performance in industrial settings.
Course objectives
- Understand and apply safety standards in industrial automation environments through the HSE module.
- Develop a solid understanding of industrial automation and instrumentation systems
- Design, assemble, and troubleshoot electro-pneumatic systems used in industrial automation.
- Implement industrial motor control techniques using relays, contactors, and protection systems.
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic and functional block diagrams.
- Perform instrumentation and calibration of industrial sensors and transmitters in a process plant.
- Configure and operate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for motor speed control and energy efficiency.
- Develop and manage Siemens SCADA and HMI systems for process monitoring and automation.
