AUT 113
Advanced Pneumatics & Electro-Pneumatics Automation Systems (Integration with Siemens PLC)
This advanced 5-day hands-on program is designed for engineers and technicians who already understand the fundamentals of pneumatics and electro-pneumatics and want to integrate these systems with Siemens PLC-based automation platforms (S7-1200 / S7-300 / S7-1500 using TIA Portal or Step 7).The course focuses on system design, structured troubleshooting, safety, and seamless PLC integration, including wiring, addressing, diagnostics, I/O interfacing, sequencing logic, and real-world automation applications. Participants will design, build, commission, and troubleshoot complete PLC-controlled electro-pneumatic systems.
Duration: 5 days
Prerequisites: Basic pneumatics & electro-pneumatics knowledge, Basic PLC knowledge (preferably Siemens TIA Portal or Step 7) and Ability to read electrical & pneumatic schematics
